Housekeeping

Cleaning resident areas according to a pre-approved schedule, sweeping, scrubbing and mopping hard floor surfaces, vacuuming carpets and similar surfaces including upholstered furniture;
* Dusting and wiping furniture and similar areas, washing walls, boards, ceilings, vents, shelves, etc;
* Emptying trash containers and moving waste to appropriate areas;
* Cleaning bathrooms and restrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and all the furniture inside; replenishing paper products;
* Dusting lamps, lighting devices, telephones, screens, and all similar equipment; replacing bulbs if needed;
* Changing linen on a pre-agreed basis, making beds, turn mattresses;
* Cleaning staff offices, dusting surfaces, emptying waste containers, vacuuming carpets;
* Performing other duties, including restocking housekeeping carts, assisting residents, watering plants, test emergency pull cords, etc.

Kitchen Help

* Maintaining food preparation line, keeping order, removing stains;
* Keeping food preparation equipment in proper order, troubleshooting, maintaining supplies, performing preventing maintenance and calling for professional repairs;
* Keeping the working environment safe and healthy, strictly following all standards, complying with sanitary regulations;
* Preparing food according to customer orders, stocking items, measuring, cooking, keeping order, removing stains;
* Helping other staff, contributing to organization process, improving job knowledge;
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by adhering to food and service quality standards.

Ride Operators

* Operating devices, controlling the equipment, turning it on and off according to schedule;
* Giving usage directions to customers, informing patrons about fastening belts and other safety requirements;
* Drive vehicles used by customers, control their speed and apply safety precautions;
* Test equipment before opening and perform maintenance tasks;
* Collecting tickets and fares from customers, keeping records;
* Cleaning the area throughout the day;
* Staying updated on current park layout, policies and procedures, communicating with the guests in a courteous manner;
* Maintain the standards of quality, customer service and cleanness;

Retail Staff

* Greeting customers, identifying their needs, pointing the customers to specific products, assisting in trying on and fitting the goods, demonstrating use of merchandise;
* Conducting sales, carrying out card transactions, computing prices, operating cash registers, handling payments, keeping records;
* Packaging the purchases, wrapping the gifts;
* Maintaining security, identifying security risks, handling the situations;
* Staying updated on current promotions and sales, observing common shop procedures;
* Keeping the area clean, maintaining a neat look, wearing name badges, observing customer service standards.

Dish Washing

* Cleaning, per approved sanitation and safety guidelines, all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and related food preparation/serving items and equipment; operating dishwashers per approved guidelines; checking all items for cleanliness; storing cleaned, dried items and equipment in proper places;
* Maintaining all cleaning/washing equipment at proper temperature and in proper operating order; loading equipment correctly; checking temperature per approved schedule and adjusting it as needed; disassembling, inspecting, cleaning, performing maintenance on and reassembling equipment properly;
* Cleaning floor area of any spillage of water, detergent and/or food stuffs per safety and sanitation guidelines;
* Assisting with preparation for resident/staff social events;
* Disposing of garbage in proper waste/refuse containers;
* Assisting in basic food and/or tray preparation, as needed.

Lifeguards

* Ensuring safety and prevent injuries by supervising area at regular intervals, reacting immediately to any emergency, making sure nothing prevents lifeguards from identifying possible signs of distress;
* Maintaining cleanliness by collecting all items in the pool area;
* Performing pool maintenance duties, testing water quality, operating equipment;
* Administering first aid, providing immediate care waiting for emergency teams;
* Providing good customer service to all visitors, communicating pool rules in an accessible way, offering swimming lessons;
* Cleaning the pool and the area, picking up lost articles, disposing of trash;
* For beach lifeguards: possessing necessary certificates and qualifications to work as lifeguards on ocean beaches, being physically fit for relevant lifeguard tasks and the challenging beach environment.

Wait Staff

* Preparing the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks;
* Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff are running out of any item;
* Handle the table bookings, direct customers to their tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing customers about food preparation details, communicating specific customer needs to the cooks;
* Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses;
* Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change;
* Ensuring customer satisfaction, inviting customers to return;
* Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor;
* Filling in for absent staff as needed;
* Assisting with special events.

Maintenance

* Doing minor or major repair and replacement work including plumbing, carpentry, electrical repair, replacing faulty equipment or interior parts, roofing, masonry etc;
* Performing cleaning and sanitation work in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines; maintaining a clean facility; picking up trash from cans; enforcing sanitary requirements;
* Performing preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment; inspecting sensitive parts; making replacements; maintaining record of procedures;
* Assisting qualified personnel in performing advanced maintenance work including major building repairs, installing wires or electronic equipment, roofing, flooring etc;
* Completing regular maintenance checklists, operating computer equipment, keeping records of performed maintenance procedures.

Food Services

* Greeting guests in a polite manner, providing information and advice, taking orders, turning food orders into kitchen;
* Serving guests, delivering snacks, food and beverages, checking on and attending to the needs of guests;
* Preparing and setting up for the meal, cleaning the tables;
* Providing friendly, efficient and competent service, understanding the venue philosophy, menu and procedures, adhere to sanitary and service standards;
* Maintaining cheerful, positive attitude so that guests enjoy their time at the venue whether during a party or on a regular day;
* Referring guests to the management with any arising complaints, suggestions or issues; working closely with other team members; understanding kitchen procedures and staying updated on current events and offers.

Movers & Helpers

* Loading household items or office equipment into trucks, transporting the items with all the precautions to new locations, unloading the cargo;
* Packing sensitive items in an appropriate way, wrapping glass, mirrors etc, disassembling and assembling sizeable furniture, placing items in special containers and making sure the transportation is safe;
* Operating moving and lifting machinery in accordance with the nature of the moving work being done, setting up equipment, performing minor maintenance tasks;
* Maintaining safety, sanitary and customer service standards of the employing company, working closely with other staff, undergoing training if required.

Seafood Processors

* Handling fish or crabs: unloading fish from boats, shoveling ice, removing foreign objects, sorting, butchering, weighing, salting and packing fish; feeding automatic machines;
* Loading and unloading storage rooms and trucks; operating lifting machinery, performing equipment cleaning and maintenance; offloading boats;
* Cleaning, cutting and scraping fish, preparing fish for canning, freezing, or smoking;
* Observing safety precautions and sanitary standards, understanding safety instructions and requirements.
